Extreme Series Electrically Actuated PVC-C Ball Valve from the Cepex Extreme product range. Ideal for isolation duties with a double union design making use of a unique ANTI-BLOCK systems that prevents and avoids ball blockages it is suitable for processes up to 10 Bar and 80 °C using PVC-C pipework systems. Thanks to the ball valves PVC-C construction, EPDM or FPM seals and PTFE seats, it is suitable for use with many inorganic chemicals and processes across industries such as Water Treatment, Chemical Processing, Energy and associated industries.

The Type 3003 is a versatile very capable electric actuator, offer as standard multi-voltage supplies, manual override, anti condensation heater and 2 extra limit switches for open and close feedback. This is all housed in an IP65 Nylon enclosure enabling the use of the assembly in aggressive atmospheres. Operating as standard in a Power to Open, Power to Close (On/Off) function the actuator is also availble with a Battery back up emergency rest function, position the valve to a pre set safe condition in the event of power failure, on request the actuator can also be supplied with an analogue input for positioning duties in control applications.

Like all CEPEX Extreme valves the Ball valve is laser marked with the serial and batch number providing 100% traceability, coupled with 100% bench pressure tests using water you can be assured of the quality, accuracy and reliability of CEPEX valves purchased from PVC Select.
